The Night my Baby Sister was Born

We were waiting ages for our new baby. Finally the day came.
My Mammy had to go to the hospital.
I was at school the day it happened. But then my Daddy rang.
Mrs. Glynn came to get me. I was so excited.

So we went to the hospital, but we couldn't get in until visiting hours.
Finally it was visiting time. I rushed up to the room.
I was very excited.
Then I found out that it was a baby girl. I was delighted.
I had to go home then, but I couldn't wait until they came home too.

I visited them every day. My Dad said that we would be
bringing them home on Saturday.
But when I came home from school on Friday,
what a surprise! They were there.
I couldn't let go of her.

We called her Leah. I thought it was a lovely name.
She is so very, very good.
She was the best surprise EVER. I loved her.
She is the best sister in the whole world.

Sarah`s Adventure

Sarah got a shiny stone for her birthday. One night, as she is about to go
to sleep, she sees the bright stone is glowing and inside there there is a
picture of her cousins. She touched the stone and her hand went
inside the stone. Her hand was stuck inside and would not come out.
Then her cousins pulled her in.

Her cousins said `Let`s go on an ADVENTURE`! They saw some aliens
that were strange colours. They saw a bright ball floating and heading
towards a huge blue building.

The doors opened and inside the huge blue building was a toy and
space-gear factory. We ran inside the factory and started to look at the stuff.
What strange toys they were!

All the toys were alien toys, even the teddies and dolls were aliens.
The aliens showed us our room. The room was full with alien toys.

Alien pictures were everywhere in the room. We hung our clothes up
in a wardrobe. We went to look at the space-gear.
We tried on the space-gear. We didn`t realise that the space-gear
had rocket power. We flew around and landed on earth.

Sarah woke up and it was all a dream.

The Space Journey

One day we bought a raffle ticket, one between four friends.
Our number was 14, and we got the winning number 14.
It was a free entry to the rocket display.

On Saturday we went to the rocket display. We went into the rocket
called the Hawk. One of us pressed the lift-off button by accident.

After a while, we were up in space. We say the Satellite Dish.
We landed on Jupiter and we saw something in the distance.
It was a spaceship with a few aliens.

The aliens kidnapped us and brought us to Mars. They brought us to a
black hole full of slime. There was a bad smell. We all nearly
fainted in there. The four friends made a plan to get out of the black
hole and we sneaked out of the black hole safely.

We went in the spaceship and flew back to Jupiter. We planned someway to get back to Earth. We got a trophy for our bravery, at a Presentation.

The Space Bird

One Summer`s day the first spaceman had a pet bird. He brought his bird
to space. In the middle of the night the door of the spaceship fell open.

The bird escaped from the spaceship and flew around a planet.
She saw a big red building. The bird flew down to the big red building,
then she got captured by aliens. She was brought into the King and Queen.
The King said that she was to be here for life.

Then a male bird came as a slave. The next day the two birds
made a plan and they escaped from the red building.

Two years later another spaceship landed on the planet.
The two birds hopped in and two hours later they were on Earth
and they lived happily after.
