September '10

23rd June '10: We hope you all enjoyed the end of year party that the Parents Association
hosted for the children today.
It was an especially important day for the 6th class as they graduated from Ballindine N.S.
Thanks Billy Jean for making that fab cake for us.

29th May '10: Hard luck girls but we are very proud of the way you all played at the
Co. Semi-Final in Castlebar. Hope you enjoyed the get together in Supermacs afterwards.

20th May '10: The Holy Communion party was a great success. See Communion '10
Our Girls Football team are taking part in the County Semi-Final of Cumann na mBunscol
on Fri. 28th May in Castlebar 11.30am, so we're all supporting them and wishing them well.

 

1st May '10: Our Parents Association are currently busy preparing for the party after the
First Holy Communion next Saturday 8th May '10.
All of the children in second class and their families are cordially invited to the
Community Centre for refreshments.

At the end of this term the P.A. will host a second-hand book sale in the Gymnasium.
The Parents are also involved in organising a Graduation Mass for the sixth class and
an end of year party for all classes.

At the start of the current school year, the Parents Association donated new shrubs and sowed
them along the wall of our school. The children are enjoying watching them grow and mature.
