We went for a walk in our school trees and
looked closely at our beautiful trees.

We like the ash tree best.

The boys and girls examine the beech tree.

The weeping birch is losing its leaves
for the autumn.

Look at the lovely red haws on our
Hawthorn tree.

This is the year of the Alder Tree.
We sowed an Alder tree
in our school grounds
on 6th Oct. '08.

Alder trees love wet ground so this is
a good year for them.

This whitebeam was sown in 2002.

The oak tree is the biggest tree
in our school yard.
We found acorns also and we will
sow them in a pot.

This is just a baby oak tree.
